Looking for Answers and a Supportive Community?

We're Here For You

Your child's struggles with meltdowns, fidgeting, focus, new textures, tastes, and smells, fiddly fine tasks, balancing games, settling to sleep or brushing their teeth... could be due to the way their brain handles information from their senses. Not your parenting. Not your child's lack of effort. Just the way their brain and nervous system work together.

That our unique sensory profile affects everything we do isn't widely understood. But once you look at your child's behaviour and preferences from a sensory point of view - well - it will transform your family life.

Sensory Help Now is a supportive online community of parents and carers with sensory integration qualified therapists on hand to answer your queries and concerns. We've also got a suite of short videos and downloads teaching you tips and activities (all based on research) that will help you better support your child's sensory needs at home.

I must confessed I skipped some parts because I was looking for quick advice on how to understand better my child's sensory integration issues. I will come back at a later stage. The section with the three exercises to make neurotypical people understand what difficulties people with dyspraxia face on their daily life alone is worth the course. I am going to propose it to my husband, my family and my child's school teachers. Illuminating!
